How quickly can care start?
Usually within a week. We visit, agree a plan with the person receiving care, and introduce the carer before the first paid visit.
Will it be the same carer each visit?
That is the point of the rota. A small named team covers each person, so holidays and sickness are covered by someone already known to them.
What happens at the free assessment?
A coordinator visits at a time that suits you, talks through the day as it actually runs, and puts a written plan and a price to you afterwards. There is no charge and no obligation.
Can the plan change later?
Yes. Visits can be added, moved or paused by calling the office, and the plan is reviewed with the family whenever needs change.

Five roles open in Ealing and Brent
Pay, hours and area are on every listing before you open it. Applying takes about two minutes on the phone, and full training is provided.
Starting pay
£13.50 an hour
Senior rates to £15.00. Waking nights £14.50. Travel time between visits is paid.

Visiting care in people's homes: washing and dressing, medication prompts, meals and company. You will see the same handful of clients each week, so you get to know them properly.

Senior Care Assistant £15.00/hr
For carers with a year or more behind them. You will lead on medication, write and review care plans, and support newer staff on their first few rounds.

Support Worker £13.50/hr
Longer sessions with fewer clients, helping people get out to appointments, shops and groups, and keeping life going at home. Routes are walkable or on a bus corridor.

Care Coordinator £28,000/yr
Building the rota, matching carers to clients and being the voice on the phone when a family needs something changed. Care experience helps more than office experience does.

Overnight Carer £14.50/hr
Staying awake in a client's home through the night: repositioning, personal care and reassurance, so a family can sleep and a hospital admission is avoided.

- On-call coordinator awake with you

Do I need experience to apply?
No. Three of the five roles are open to people who have never worked in care. Induction, shadowing and the Care Certificate are paid for and done on work time.
Do I have to drive?
Only for the Senior Care Assistant role. Support Worker and Care Coordinator rounds are built around public transport, and mileage is paid where a car is used.
